Calfire reports that the Usal Fire is 30 percent contained and still 130 acres in size.

A 130-Acre wildfire being referred to as the “Usal Fire” is actively burning in Mendocino County near Usal Creek and Usal Road.
Calfire reports on Twitter that a shelter is set up at the Usal Campground.
Usal Road is currently closed.
