From the Humboldt County Drug Task Force:
On March 15th, 2019, at approximately 11:35 a.m., Special Agents with the Humboldt County Drug Task Force conducted a traffic stop in the 4200 block of Mitchell Road, Eureka. Agents previously identified Rolando Cornejo-Becerra (age 28) and Crystal Linda Dockstader (age 28) as a narcotics dealers in Humboldt County and obtained a search warrant for their vehicles and residence.
During the traffic stop, Cornejo-Becerra placed his vehicle into reverse and slammed into a law enforcement vehicle. The collision was non-injury and both suspects were detained without further incident. With the assistance of a narcotic detection K9’s from the Humboldt County District Attorney’s Office, the Arcata Police Department, and Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, agents located approximately 3.5 pounds of suspected methamphetamine packaged for sales and several firearms.
Agents then served a search warrant at Cornejo-Becerra and Dockstader’s residence located in the 500 block of South Fortuna Boulevard, Fortuna. At this location agents located several ounces of suspected methamphetamine, evidence consistent with narcotics sales, and nearly $5,000 in U.S. currency. This money is believed to be profits from illegal narcotics sales and will be held pending asset forfeiture proceedings.
Cornejo-Becerra and Dockstader were subsequently arrested and transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility where they were booked on narcotics and weapons violations.
