On May 1st 2019, Dylan Ray LaFranchi tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident in Blue Lake, Ca. His passing has shaken this little town and all who knew him to its core with grief. Dylan grew up weaving his way in and out of our hearts with his sense of humor, big goofy smile, and his overly giving heart.

Dylan blazed a long trail that reached far and wide in his 26 years here with us. He lived a full but fast life, still managing to bless so many lives with his outgoing and adventurous personality. He was a jack-of-all-trades, always on the go, ready and willing to help others from all walks of life.

Dylan seem to find light-hearted joy in everything he did; whether it was sports of any kind, hunting, fishing, rock-hunting, riding his bikes, or even finding awesome random things in free piles. There will never be another quite like Dylan. He was a hard-working, independent, loving man who always put his family and others first.

Dylan is proceeded in death by his mother Sheila Bonner, his grandparents Lora and Allen “Al” Duncan, and his grandfather George LaFranchi.

Dylan is survived by his father, Tim LaFranchi. His sister’s Kayla LaFranchi, Shelby Doney(his niece Aubriella Henslee), and Sierra Doney. His brother, Cody LaFranchi. His Granny and Bill Clements. As well as many aunt’s, uncle’s, and cousins; too many to mention.

Dylan also left behind the love of his life Crystal Taylor, their daughter Bianca Marie LaFranchi, their son Mr. Augustus Gibbens, and his mother-in-law Murma.

We would like to thank everyone who prayed, supported, donated, and helped us through this time. We don’t know what we would have done without any of you.

Dylan’s memorial service will be held June 1, 2019 at the Grange in Blue Lake at 1 p.m. We will be having a potluck after the service, so feel free to bring a dish and whatever pictures you have of our Dylan.
