Today’s “COVID Minute,” which is a daily program produced by the county’s Joint Information Center, takes us inside the county’s Public Health Lab, one of only a handful of public facilities in the state that can process tests for the novel coronavirus.

Lab Manager Jeremy Corrigan gives us a look at lab techs at work, talks about the lab’s capacity and turnaround time and gives just a hint about a new class of test that will soon be available in Humboldt County.
