Eureka Police Department press release: 

On July 24, 2020, at about 04:22 a.m., officers with the Eureka Police Department located Mario Garcia walking in the vicinity of Hodgson Street and J Street.

Garcia was taken into custody without incident. He was booked in the Humboldt County Jail on the following charges:PC 215(a), PC 207(a), PC 245 (a)(1), PC 211, PC422, VC 10851, VC 487, PC 243 and PC 1203.2 and being held on $90,000 bail.
