Press release from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:

On June 14, 2020, at about 7:51 a.m., Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a gas station on the 200 block of Blue Lake Boulevard in Blue Lake for the report of a robbery that had just occurred.

According to an employee of the business, two unknown male suspects with face coverings entered the business and brandished a knife at the employee. The suspects stole a large amount of cash and cigarette cartons, then fled east on Blue Lake Boulevard.

The suspects are described as follows:

• White male adult, wearing a red hoodie/jacket and face covering.
• White male adult, wearing a white and blue hoodie/jacket and face covering.
