Press release from the Eureka Police Department:
On March 23, 2020, at about 9:00 a.m., officers with the Eureka Police Department responded to the 900 block of Dowler Drive in Eureka for a possible residential burglary in progress. The caller said an unknown male attempted to open her front door and then was last seen in her neighbor’s garage.
Once on scene, officers located a broken window to the neighbor’s residence. While officers were setting up a perimeter, a burglar alarm was activated from inside.
