Temperatures are forecast to rise into the 80s in Eastern Humboldt tomorrow before topping out in the mid 90s on Friday.
“High temperatures are expected to peak in the lower to mid 90s on Friday in the interior, and then diminish slightly on Saturday,” Eureka’s National Weather Service office stated on social media today.
Coastal areas are expected to see temperatures in the 60s and low 70s for the remainder of the week.
Cooler temperatures and rain will be possible early next week.
