David Paul Rhoby was born in Sacramento on July 3, 1954. He passed on July 6, 2021 at age 67 in an automobile accident with his beloved dog, Lego.

David was a 1972 graduate of Placer High School in Auburn.  He worked most of his adult life at Reynolds Metals West Coast End Plant in Rocklin.

David was passionate about family, fishing and recycling (and not always in that order).

David was preceded in death by his parents Dusty and Delores Rhoby and his sister Nancy Pomeroy.

David is survived by his wife of 42 years, Glenna, as well as  his daughters, Christie Pape (James) Trisha Cor (Omur) and  Debralyn Young (Justin)  He is also survived by his brother Rick Rhoby (Bev) and sister Linda Sheldon (Jeff)

David was known at times to friends and family as David Paul or Calvin. To his ten grandchildren and his great-grandson, he was known as ‘Papa.’ David was loved dearly and will be greatly missed. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
