Press release from the Humboldt County Drug Task Force:

On Wednesday December 8th, 2021, the Humboldt County Drug Task Force (HCDTF) served a search warrant in the 2400 block of A St. in Eureka. The warrant was for suspected fentanyl sales by the two residents Michelle Randall (29 years old) & Alicia Wilbur (31 years old). Randall also had an active felony warrant for her arrest for PC 211 (robbery). 

When agents arrived at the residence and performed knock and notice the suspects refused to answer the door. Agents forced entry into the residence and detained both suspects without incident. Agents conducted a search of the residence, and they located the following evidence:

  • 3 digital scales with fentanyl residue on them
  • 8 grams of fentanyl in Randall’s bedroom 
  • 3 cell phones in Randall’s room

Agents conducted a search of both suspects and located the following evidence hidden on their persons.

Randall:

  • 5 separate packages of fentanyl (85 grams total)
  • 1 gram of methamphetamine

Wilbur:

  • 4 grams of fentanyl
  • 5 grams of methamphetamine

Agents searched Randall’s vehicle and located one item of evidence:

  • 15 grams of fentanyl

Michelle Randall as booked at the Humboldt County Jail for her felony warrant as well as the following charge

  • H&S 11351 Possession of controlled substances for sale

Alicia Wilbur was released at the scene and the following charges have been forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office:

  • H&S 11366.5 Maintaining or Operating a drug house

In total agents seized approx. ¼ pound of fentanyl with a street value of approx. $16,800.
