Daniel James Burns, born to Max Richard Burns and Debra Lynnette Mitek on January 29, 1987, passed away April 22, 2021 at the age of 34 due to health complications.

Danny was a very intelligent and special young man with deep moral and ethical values. He had a big heart and anyone who met him formed an instant bond with him. Those of us who knew him loved him and were inspired by him. He had a wonderful sense of humor and will be greatly missed by all. We love you, Danny.

He is preceded by his grandfather, Richard Sale Burns, grandmother Violet Hilda Burns, mom Debra Lynnette Mitek, cousin Jubal Miles Tuey and cousin John Ernest Burns. He is survived by his father, Max Richard Burns, his stepmom, Judith Burns, his siblings Jasmine Burns, William Burns and older sister Jennifer Montagna, his nephew Cyrus Montagna, grandfather Anthony Mitek, uncle Benjamin Burns, aunt Holly Burns and Tim Hager, aunt Julie Tuey and uncle Skip Tuey, first cousins Jimmie Tuey and Tara Tavares, Jain Tuey, Jessica Tuey, Nicholas Mulvihill, Russel Mulvihill and Barbie, Julieanne Mulvihill and Matt Garcia, Devin Anzelmo and Jennifer Xu, Craig Anzelmo , Kayla Wornow, Brian Wornow and Michelle Hartzell, second cousins Daithon Davis, Ernest Garcia, Wesley Garcia, Jubal Tuey, Delilah Tuey, David Allen, Gianna Tuey, Laine Tuey, Brody Wornow, Carson Wornow, Kyrie Wornow and Riley Mulvihill not yet born.
