Arcata Police Department press release: 

On 11/1/21, just after midnight, the pictured subject broke into the Valley West Patriot gas station and stole items from within.

Surveillance captured the suspect driving a green Honda Accord that had previously been reported stolen to the Humboldt State University Police Department.
