Player 1 chooses Snorlax to start the battle while Player 2 selects Machamp.
- Snorlax uses Body Slam on Machamp, dealing damage.
- Machamp retaliates with Cross Chop, also causing significant damage to Snorlax.
Turn 2:
Player 1 switches to Gyarados, and Player 2 keeps Machamp on the field.
- Gyarados uses Aqua Tail, hitting Machamp hard.
- Machamp counters with Dynamic Punch, inflicting big damage on Gyarados.
Turn 3:
Player 1 switches to Rhyperior, and Player 2 brings out Blastoise.
- Rhyperior uses Earthquake, shaking the ground and dealing damage to Blastoise.
- Blastoise retaliates with Hydro Pump, hitting Rhyperior with a powerful blast of water.
Turn 4:
Player 1 sends out Alakazam, and Player 2 keeps Blastoise in the battle.
- Alakazam uses Psychic, using its psychic powers to damage Blastoise.
- Blastoise counters with Skull Bash, crashing into Alakazam with great force.
Turn 5:
Player 1 chooses to attack again with Alakazam, and Player 2 keeps Blastoise on the field.
- Alakazam uses Shadow Ball, hitting Blastoise with a ghostly orb of energy.
- Blastoise retaliates with a powerful Waterfall attack, hitting Alakazam.
Turn 6:
Player 1’s Alakazam faints, and Player 1 sends out Snorlax again. Player 2 switches to Tyranitar.
- Snorlax uses Hyper Beam, unleashing a devastating beam on Tyranitar.
- Tyranitar endures the attack and counters with Stone Edge, hitting Snorlax hard.
Turn 7:
Player 1’s Snorlax faints, and Player 1 chooses to bring back Gyarados. Player 2 keeps Tyranitar in the battle.
- Gyarados uses Dragon Dance, boosting its Attack and Speed.
- Tyranitar strikes back with Crunch, dealing damage to Gyarados.
Turn 8:
Player 1’s Gyarados uses Waterfall on Tyranitar.
- Tyranitar withstands the attack and retaliates with Earthquake, hitting Gyarados hard.
Turn 9:
Player 1’s Gyarados faints, and Player 1 sends out Rhyperior. Player 2 keeps Tyranitar on the field.
- Rhyperior uses Rock Wrecker, slamming large rocks onto Tyranitar.
- Tyranitar endures the attack and retaliates with Dark Pulse, hitting Rhyperior.
Turn 10:
Player 1’s Rhyperior continues the battle against Tyranitar.
- Rhyperior uses Earthquake, shaking the ground and dealing significant damage to Tyranitar.
- Tyranitar fights back with Stone Edge, hitting Rhyperior hard.
Turn 11:
Player 1’s Rhyperior faints, and Player 1 chooses Alakazam to finish the battle. Player 2 keeps Tyranitar on the field.
- Alakazam uses Psychic, hitting Tyranitar with a powerful mental blast.
- Tyranitar retaliates with a devastating Hyper Beam, causing heavy damage to Alakazam.
Turn 12:
Player 1’s Alakazam faints, resulting in a victory for Player 2.
Player 2, the Planning and Building Department, successfully defends their recommendation to approve the development project. The appeal made by the Coalition for Responsible Housing is denied, and the recommended conditions of approval are upheld.
The Planning and Building Department’s team emerges victorious in this Pokemon duel, securing the approval for the subdivision and planned development permit.
