Lastly, Planning and Building surprises everyone with a powerful Dragonite, using its immense strength and flying abilities to dominate the battlefield.
In the end, it is a close battle with each department showcasing unique strengths and strategies. But ultimately, it is Planning and Building’s Dragonite that emerges victorious, securing the win for the department in the County of Humboldt Pokemon duel.
