Down Power Lines Close 101 at Fortuna
A lot of Fortuna-area readers are writing to ask why traffic is being diverted off 101 near the Kenmar exit.
CHP dispatch, below, tells us that power power lines had been hanging perilously close to the highway, so they’ve closed things down and diverted cars onto Main and 12th. Should be open soon.
Probably not coincidentally, there is a power outage in the area as well.
