Fatal Big Rig Accident on Highway 101

LoCO‘s CHP Watch and scanner traffic indicate that a semi-truck has overturned on Highway 101 near Pepperwood. CHP tells The Outpost that the truck driver has died. The roadway is clear and open to traffic. A caller notes that some diesel fuel may have spilled.
