Wreck on Highway 299; Vehicle Seen Down an Embankment, Possibly Occupied

Emergency personnel are responding to a section of Highway 299 just east of Blue Lake on a report that a small silver vehicle has left the roadway and is visible down an embankment. Parties at the scene say the vehicle is possibly occupied.
