Cyclist Injured After Colliding With Vehicle at Myrtle Avenue and 19th Street

The CHP reports that the cyclist was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka via ambulance.

An ambulance has been dispatched to the scene of a reported vehicle-cyclist traffic collision at the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and 19th Street in Eureka.

The California Highway Patrol incident report states that the bicycle collided with a silver sedan around 4:09 p.m.

According to scanner traffic, a male cyclist in his 60s was on the ground when paramedics arrived.
