11:27 a.m.: Scanner traffic indicates that the vehicle’s sole occupant has exited the vehicle and will likely be transported to the hospital in an ambulance.

Original Post: Emergency personnel are headed to a section of West End Road just off Highway 299 after a white SUV left the roadway and collided with a tree. Scanner traffic indicates that at least one occupant is stuck in the vehicle and will require extrication.
