Driver Rolled Over by Own Vehicle on Campton Road After Crashing Into a Parked Mail Truck

A driver is reportedly in stable condition after being rolled over by their own pickup truck this morning on Campton Road in Eureka.

Eureka Police Department spokesperson Brittany Powell told the Outpost that the at-fault driver crashed into a parked mail truck, before exiting their own vehicle to investigate the crash and forgetting to set the parking break.

“Her truck rolled over her causing moderate injuries,” Powell said.

Despite initial reports of an injured pedestrian, no other people were injured in the crash. The driver is reportedly still seeking medical treatment.
