(VIDEO) Box Truck Collides With Pickup Near Richardson Grove; Major Injuries Reported

At least one person is reported to have suffered major injuries as a result of a multi-car crash involving a box truck, a pickup and a sedan on Highway 101 near Richardson Grove State Park this afternoon.
According to the CHP incident report, the crash occurred near the Humboldt-Mendocino County border at approximately 3:07 p.m.
While the collision was initially reported to be head-on, video of the scene recorded by a bystander shows the pickup wedged under the side of the truck.
At least one other patient is reported to have suffered moderate injuries as a result of the crash.
