Assemblymember Damon Connolly Endorses Mayor Kimberley White for Arcata City Council

ARCATA, CA — Mayor Kimberley White announced today that she has received the endorsement of California Assemblymember Damon Connolly in her reelection campaign for Arcata City Council.

“Mayor Kimberley White has been a strong voice for Arcata and for making sure every neighborhood has a voice in the decisions that affect their community. I’m proud to support her reelection to the Arcata City Council and look forward to continuing to work with her,” Connolly said.

“I’m grateful for Damon’s support,” White said. “I’ve enjoyed getting to know him and learning more about his work, and I’m honored to have his endorsement.”

White has served on the Arcata City Council since 2022 and is currently serving as Mayor. She is a longtime Valley West resident and has focused on bringing the concerns of Valley West, North Arcata and neighborhoods throughout the city to the Council.

“Every neighborhood deserves to have a voice in the decisions that shape our city,” White said. “I care deeply about Arcata and the people who live here. I’m proud of the work we’ve done so far, and I’d be honored to continue serving on the Council.”
