CHP call: Traffic hazard on Hwy 255, female possibly “1031”[b]trying to get run over[/b], somewhere on 255 in the middle of the road between Arcata and Manila; CHP, Arcata Fire and ambulance all dispatched. Dispatcher unable to get any more information.
