Countywide BOLO radio broadcasts made for the 211 suspect from Wabash: White male adult, thin build, wearing a black mask and all black clothing, brandished a black revolver, fired at least one shot, left on foot northbound from the scene

Units arriving… ofcr advises there’s someone in front of the store yelling, unknown connection. Suspect described a white male, 6‘3” wearing all black, had a black revolver.
