The pursuit in Hoopa was terminated a bit ago. A dispatcher just radioed out that this was do to “the lack of the victim being cooperative.”

The CHP and the Sheriff’s Office are discussing whether to terminate the pursuit. They’re still not sure why the suspect is running.

The suspect has again changed direction and is traveling northbound on Highway 96 at speeds over 100 mph. They’re passing Little Moon Lane.

The vehicle being chased is crossing over the double-yellow line as it continues south on Highway 96. The CHP is taking over pursuit of the suspect.
