12:03 a.m.: Yesterday. This was the beautiful Trinity County Mountains. Today, it was burnt down. Had mandatory evacuations from our cabin in Mad River with fires two miles away. Drove through Highway 36 and looking back at the ridge realizing how close the fires were.
