LoCO’s daily Instagram battle ran from March 2015 to June 2016. Instagram no longer serves the photos, so what’s left is who posted, when, the votes and the captions.
Voting is closed.
Think Humboldt County is beautiful? Got Instagram on your intelligent phone? Use #HumboldtCounty to place an image here and (temporarily) on LoCO’s homepage. Or just vote on your neighbors’ fine pics below. More details here.

7:10 p.m.: Well Hello California Coast. Decided to do some adventuring on my road trip home from Portland. Took the 199- Redwood Highway - through the Redwood National/ State Forest. Gorgeous green forested drive although given the hilly, windy conditions not a drive for the faint of heart and not one to do in the rain or at night. But me and the Prius held up just fine. Heading to Arcata and the Humboldt County area for the evening; has long been on my bucket list, not exactly sure why, but certainly not for the weed which one can find anywhere, if they happen to be looking for it. #roadtrip #californiacoast #street #people #fisherman #nature #beach #humboldtcounty #adventure #sunday
