3:50 p.m.: Today was perfect. I redid my #dayoftrust2015 at The Big Lagoon outside of Trinidad, California. I teamed up with Kayak Zak's and went out on a SUP (stand-up paddleboard) for the very first time! I'm going to be honest, it's a lot harder than it looks! I'm already beginning to feel the soreness. Now I know why all those girls in bikinis on paddleboard a look the way they do! Awesome workout. This was the perfect way to end my two weeks here in Humboldt County. Sun is out! Happy Sunday everyone :) ☀️☀️☀️💦
