LoCO’s daily Instagram battle ran from March 2015 to June 2016. Instagram no longer serves the photos, so what’s left is who posted, when, the votes and the captions.
Voting is closed.
Think Humboldt County is beautiful? Got Instagram on your intelligent phone? Use #HumboldtCounty to place an image here and (temporarily) on LoCO’s homepage. Or just vote on your neighbors’ fine pics below. More details here.
REMINDER: Not everyone whose photo appears here necessarily knows that they’re playing our game, right? Remember that.

2:24 p.m.: What is it that is so captivating about sunsets? Is it that not one of them are ever the same? That all of the colors mix so elegantly in the sky that only an artist could have created it? That the sun never fails to rise in the morning and to set at night? Or perhaps it is something much deeper than that… A connection that we will never truly understand. #philosophicalday #sunsetmagic #humboldtcounty #humboldtbay #beautifulday #cloudsinthesky #artwork #phography #iphonephoto #longdays
