We are bringing SVRFCE, EDM dynamic duo, known for blurring the lines between melodic and bass house to create a genre of their own! They will be joined by EDC, ESCAPE, & INSOMNIAC EVENTS artist, MISSY B. This firey acclaimed producer will be bringing her big stage sound and dance to the Arcane Stage. The Vagabond Dancers SVRFCE: Emerging out of California’s central valley, Alex and Mikey are steadily rising in the electronic music scene under their stage name “SVRFCE.” The SVRFCE project is a bold reimagining of house music with a steady vision in mind to blur the lines between melodic and bass heavy house, while still staying true to the genres origin and maintaining extremely danceable grooves that will undoubtedly keep dance floors moving. In the span of a year, the duo has reworked multiple Spanish songs that have topped charts on music sharing platforms such as Hypeddit all while garnering support from multiple touring DJs all over the world. Being able to bring more Spanish music into the electronic scene is an important goal shared by both members to relieve the lack of representation and diversity currently present in the scene. The duo has accomplished many feats, but their greatest is by far the creation of “Sentral Collective.” This collective aims to bring the best talent in the Central Valley together to emerge together as artists and push the boundaries of electronic music as a whole with no limitations or exclusion of genres. She’s DJ’d festivals and clubs such as EDC, Escape, Countdown, Ocaso (Costa Rica), Exchange (LA), Academy (LA), Focus (OC), House of Blues, Disneyland and Universal Studios (CA) with releases out on House Of Hustle, Krafted, Cats & Boots Records and Understated Recordings. Her eclectic style (House, Techno to Open-Format) sprung from her Dad, sisters and childhood friends. But, the Underground LA House scene in the early 2000’s is where Missy B really found her roots and her true passion for DJing. https://soundcloud.com/dj_missyb NIPS: DJ and Music Producer Austin Ibanez aka “Nips” is best known for his high energy dance music incorporating elements of House, Tech House, Bass House, Trap, and Hip Hop to create a unique electronic sound and visual experience, which is sure to have you moving on the dance floor. Nips has been creating music since the young age of 12, when he started producing rap and hip hop beats until he started an internship with Smalz Studios in Sacramento, where he improved his skills until 2016 when he joined 2seats producer collective and in 2018 started performing as a DJ. Nips’ love for music and performing started at a young age when he would visit San Diego and watch his uncle on the turntables. His influence comes from artists such as Travis Scott, AC slater, Wax Motif, Joyzu, Walker and Royce. Nips has since played in cities all over the pacific northwest and had his first residency with Arcata Theater Lounge in 2018 and Arcane Artists in 2020. Today the Sacramento Producer and DJ has residencies in Sacramento and Arcata California.
