Dia de los Muertos Event

Logger Bar

Dia de los Muertos is about celebrating life, not mourning death. It’s a joyous holiday, one that winks at death instead of crying over it. There will be a traditional alter set up.
Please bring flowers, candles, and most importantly pictures of loved ones. It is also traditional to bring the favorite food or sweet of the dead to entice their visit. Drinks should be placed in the altar to quench the thirst of the dead after their long journey back home. November 1st is to remember children and November 2nd is to remember adults. Mexican food will be served both nights for $10/plate. Proceeds will directly benefit earthquake victims in Mexico City and Oaxaca.
