About the Event
Every other Friday, I open The Sanctuary for Divine Polarity, a gong-led sound immersion designed to guide you from grounded stillness into deep resonance.

Sound acts as a bridge. Through vibration and tone, a coherent field is created, one that quiets the mind, settles the nervous system, and invites the body out of survival and into expansion.
As mental noise softens, sound becomes medicine. Old patterns loosen, identities relax, and a deeper intelligence within the heart is given space to emerge.

Each session is unique, an evolving landscape of tone, texture, and silence. Guided by the intention to move beyond the thinking mind and into direct experience. From this place, we touch the unified field of consciousness, where separation dissolves and wholeness is remembered.

Supporting instruments may include crystal bowls, shruti box, drumming, chimes, and intentional silence. At times, gentle scents such as palo santo, cedar, frankincense, or copal are used to help anchor presence.
Nothing is forced.
We tune to what is already here.

What to Know
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. We begin promptly at 6:30 PM
• Eight aerial silk hammocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Bring anything you need to be comfortable: mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, and water
• Parking and exact Sanctuary location will be shared upon booking
