Fascial Health: What It Is and How to Get It

Join Sam for this in depth and fun look at a section of your myofascial system. Fascia is the support system for your whole body, a container of sorts. Your muscle, tendon and ligament bundles are wrapped with 4 particular types of fascia. We must vary our movement, as it takes 3 particular types of movement to affect the fascia of these parts of your body. Hint: practicing only one form of yoga or exercise is not informing all of the fascia.

 

 

There will be lecture, discussion and stories from dissection, proper breathing lessons as well as a yoga and movement practice that will inform the above mentioned muscles, tendons, ligaments and their specific fascia. Learn to keep your entire muscular system healthy and happy!

 

 

This is an all levels workshop. Sam teaches in a way that makes anatomical information accessible to everyone.
