Global Bass Soundclash
Non-stop dance party where Latino, Middle-Eastern, Brazilian, tropical, Balkan, electronic and psychedelic sounds collide on-stage and on the dance floor on May 11th at the Arcata Theater Lounge. DJs Pressure Anya will be mixing heavy electronic dance music from around the globe with guests DJ Marjo Lak and Psy Fi. A sonic collage of digital sounds from around the world including; Bhangra, the Middle-East, the UK and tropical, latino beats. Psy Fi brings his original heavy bass driven, psychedelic dub-step. Dancers Marjhani (marjhani@gmail.com) and (megjclarke@hotmail.com) from Redwood Racks World Dance Studio in Arcata will be on stage performing.
