HBG’s Bird Walk at the Garden

Humboldt Botanical Garden

Humboldt Botanical Garden is home to many of the fascinating birds of the Pacific Northwest. This guided walk, led by Author Dan Greaney, goes throughout much of the 44.5 acres of the Garden. You will most likely see AT LEAST 20 different species multiple times.
Dan Greaney has led numerous natural history and bird walks, most recently for the Shasta Birding Society and Redwood Region Audubon.  He is the author of BirdWords from Blue Oak Country, a collection of essays on how birds live and live with us.
There are limited spots available and we expect it to fill up fast. To RSVP, you must call 707-442-5139.
The Bird Walk is free for members. Non-members must pay a fee of $10 for adults and $7 for seniors 65+. Payment needs to be made when calling to RSVP.
Bring your binoculars. If you don’t have any, there will be some on hand to borrow. This is a rare opportunity and we hope to hear from you!
