Empower, Protect and Invest (EPI) and the North Coast Rape Crisis Team (NCRCT) invites service providers, law enforcement and community members alike to come together to gain knowledge and create on-going initiatives to combat the epidemic of Human Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Explotation of Childen. Expert speakers and lived-expirence experts will provide information to fuel practical efforts to combat trafficking in our community.
