Kundalini Yoga ~ Removing Blocks & Living your Destiny
Sat Nam Yogis! It has been such an honor to share the transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga with the Om Shala Yoga Community. I am so gratefully for everyone who showed up week after week to honor this tradition and deepen their practice.
As some of you may know, I am relocating down to Sonoma County to start a nature based after school and summer program - Inner Wisdom Children’s Village. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to create a youth program. A recent opportunity for collaboration entered my field, and I knew it was time to make this vision a reality. Developing this program from the ground up is incredibly demanding of my time, energy and resources. As I put my entire being into the project, I know it is my Dharma. As I deepen my trust in the process, more things fall into place.
My personal Sadhana is the number one thing, which is helping me remain balanced and focused as I embark on this multifaceted journey. It is through the awakening of the project I remembered why I began to practice Kundalini Yoga in the first place - to prepare my body, mind and spirit to function at a higher caliber. There is no way I could take on this project, without my practice to sustain me.
As I close this chapter in Humboldt, I would like to offer one last Kundalini Workshop to my beloved students. This workshop will be an extended Kundalini Yoga class, focusing on removing energetic blocks that keep us from living our highest truth and potential. We will move through breathwork, asana and mantra to clear energy and open gateways on all levels of our being. When we clear away the junk, and open up our charkas we become steady, radiant and channel for infinite.
