Luck & Lana is a Los Angeles based duo consisting of Luckyiam, an MC from the world-renowned Living Legends, and Lana Shea, a singer, songwriter, and MC. By merging their unique individual musical backgrounds, they create what has been described as “Future Music”; a blend of Hip Hop, EDM, Soul, Trap, and Pop, making their fan base as unique as their groundbreaking music. 

Individually the pair has each seen success. Luckyiam, aka Luck, is an LA native, Hip Hop veteran, and Co-Founder of The Living Legends (an LA based indie-Hip Hop group who has sold close to 300,000 units). Having toured worldwide and participated in many major music festivals, including Rock The Bells and Coachella, Luck contributes a seasoned yet fresh perspective to the duo. 

The other half of the duo, Lana Shea, aka Lana, is a West Coast native as well, with roots in both LA and Portland. Her unique style of melodious rap has landed her gigs writing and performing songs for the likes of Taco Bell, ESPN and PBS, while her debut EP, R.A.P.S. along with her quick-witted lyrical delivery has generated major buzz.

Together, Luck & Lana pull on each other’s strengths to deliver their fresh sound. They first realized their natural fit as a duo when they began working on an EDM/ Hip Hop fusion track in 2012, which eventually led to their album produced by Kill The Computer, titled Luck and Lana Kill The Computer. While the album opened the music scene’s eyes to the idea of EDM infused Hip Hop, it also led to Luck and Lana opening for major artists in both camps including Diplo, Kaskade, Snoop Dogg, and Justin Martin.

Luck & Lana have set out to continue breaking ground while bending genres and are currently recording their second album when they’re not touring or appearing at festivals.
