Cheers! Martinis By The Bay will be offered by the Rotary Club of Southwest Eureka—and some of the finest mixologists on the North Coast—at the Wharfinger Building, Thursday, June 4, 5PM-7PM. The annual event will feature eight professional bartenders, on loan from some of the finest dining and cocktail-providing establishments on the North Coast, who will create their signature cocktails for guests. Participating this year: Cafe Waterfront (Dirty Martini), Gabriel’s (Citrus Martini, Malatesta), Ingomar Club (Sweet Heat), The Palace (The Guido), Speakeasy (The Mighty Whisper), Bear River Casino (The Rising Tide), Riverwood Inn (Splendide), and Five-Eleven (Pearsecco). Catered appetizers from Uniquely Yours with music by Tony Roach will enhance the tasting experience. Tickets: $35 for a quintet of tastes. Full-size cocktails will also be available. Tickets can be purchased at the Eureka Chamber of Commerce, Redwood Capital Bank, and at the door. The event will benefit the Humboldt Senior Resource Center’s Home-delivered Meals Program.
