Mindful Movements with Brennan Smith

Om Shala Yoga

 

A gentle verbally led class following a sequence of movements in sitting, standing, or lying. The focus of this class is to expand awareness, create greater mobility and flexibility, promote ease of breathing, and increase freedom of choice in movement.
Brennan Smith found bodywork and movement therapy in 2012 as a primary method of treating chronic pain and compensation patterns. He graduated from Arcata School of Massage in 2014 and is currently enrolled in a 4 year Feldenkrais Teacher Training program. His classes emphasize ease of movement, breath, self-exploration, and imagination.
