Om Shala Yoga - Hot Yoga Classes, Core Strength Vinyasa and Power, Beginners Welcome Yoga students of all levels of experience are invited to attend Hot Yoga Classes every Sunday at 6:30 pm & Thursday at 7:30 pm., with Certified Yoga Instructor and Nutritionist, Erica M. Haines at Om Shala Yoga located at 858 10th Street in Arcata. 10 classes for $120. Please come to class prepared with water, a yoga mat and a towel.
