Well the time is upon us, it is closing weekend of the Jam, and we are going to give her one hell of a send off as we start the weekend with The Great American Disco. Pull out those bell bottoms, boots, vests, and blouses out because we are jumping back into the era of disco. DACIN the disco specialists will be spinning on vinyl to start the night off with all your favorite classics as the night progresses will have FILIIP RALLY on the decks with a special Disco House set as he mixes in all the classics with a modern flare. They will be joined by a special guest as well as THE VAGABOND DANCERS who have prepared some special fits and disco moves to start the last weekend of The Jam. Come enjoy the last 2 nights of what has been the only night club in Humboldt before it shuts its doors.

DACIN:
Dacin grew up in the 90’s clubs and rave scenes of Florida, and San Francisco. Dance culture is the foundation of his approach to music and performance.
From the early acid house clubs in Atlanta or New Orleans, all night trance parties in the clubs of Orlando, and the underground drum and bass scene in San Francisco, Dacin has been a fixture on the dance floor.
He brings his awareness of movement to his DJ sets at many parties in the Humboldt area over the years. He has played tracks at Soul Night, Womp, Deep Groove, and curates his own parties at Richard’s Goat and The Basement. Dacin has a special love for all things Disco. He revels in the opportunity to showcase old school DJ culture by taking dancers on a journey of sound and history, through his extensive collection of rare disco records. Let your mind be free and your ass will follow. -George Clinton.

FILLIP RALLY:
Fillip Rally spins an upbeat blend of tropical, tech and bass house. Starting his music production career in high school, Fillip Rally earned a scholarship for composition at the school of music at HSU. Instead of falling in love with writing sheet music for violinists, he found his passion mixing genres like reggaeton and bass house. Fillip Rally steps on stage with one purpose, to make y’all have some fun and shake your booties, and he’s not afraid to let loose. You can expect to see a performance when he’s on stage through his superior music selection and energetic stage presence, you’re sure to be dancing!

VAGABOND DANCERS:
The beautiful Vagabond dancers have been featured at numerous festivals both in person and online, such as Burning Man & Stay at Home Music Festival, Outdoor shows, and indoor venues. Come be captivated as they are sure to keep your attention, mixing styles of hip hop, contemporary, gogo, & more.
