Arcane Artists Presents TIME WARP, Saturday at The Jam in Arcata! We have a very special night lined up for you as we bring an all star lineup from Sacramento to throw down in Humboldt County! Come party the night away with an extra hour to sleep during the time change. Back by popular demand is producer and DJ, MDNGHT, a flawless blend of classic west coast house with east coast flare and bass music to provide a truly unique club experience. MDNGHT will be joined by tech house and bass house music producer ONWELL who is recognized for his big sounds and transitional styles, and DJ TECHSTEP who will have you moving early with his bold beats and tech influence. DJ MDNGHT:

East Coast born & raised: West Coast Adoptee, House DJ (MDNGHT) always had a passion for music. In 2018, MDNGHT moved to Northern California to solidify his place in the burgeoning California house music revolution. Born in Wareham, MA, Alex (MDNGHT) blends his seditious passion for classic house with an acquired west coast flare.

Numerous other states, such as, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, California, Texas, and Florida grew his ability to blend and solidify a domestic open-format groove.

His goal is to positively impact people through the power of music. The energy brought to events transcends genre and preconceived notions of what a scene should be. House unifies all, music brings us together.

Previous shows at bars, nightclubs, festivals and private events have laid down a foundation that allows him to transport current show attendees to a halcyon and authentic musical experience.

OWELL:

Sandro Pena AKA OWELL is a producer and DJ out of Sacramento, who has been taking the EDM scene by storm. His energetic beats and his fun stage antics have catapulted him into the spotlight. He blends Techhouse and Basshouse music with a variety of other influences to create a feel good and uplifting experience that will have you dancing his entire set.

OWELL fell in love with music at a young age and was always inspired when attending shows. He started as a self taught artist playing shows in Sacramento at small clubs where he was quickly noticed and has since become an international artist, playing the 916 Block Party with Wax Motif with over 10k people in attendance to Clubs in Madrid ,Tulum, and even Dune and Moon Festival. 

OWELL’s range of style has lead him to be compared to Fisher , Dr Fresh, and Rezz. His style is influenced by artists such as,Chris Lake, Don Dolla, Fisher , Dr Fresh , Bijou, Rezz, Above and Beyond, Wax Motif, Matroda, & Boris Bretcha.

TECHSTEP:

Shaun Arrington AKA TECHSTEP has recently made his comeback to the humboldt scene after some time off during the pandemic. His love for music has been central to his life and is apparent with the energy he puts into his set. Techstep takes influence from house, electro house, & techno house. If you haven’t seen him play, you have probably heard his music as he has been featured on KRFH in the mix, and has had tracks played on various other KRFH programs. 

VAGABOND DANCERS:

The beautiful Vagabond dancers have been featured at numerous festivals both in person and online, such as Burning Man & Stay at Home Music Festival, Outdoor shows, and indoor venues. Come be captivated as they are sure to keep your attention, mixing styles of hip hop, contemporary, gogo, & more.
