Amillias is a local family business. Our goal is to bring you the very best experience. Amillias strives to bring you the best possible local and organic ingredients. After eleven years of chefing at the Benbow Inn, Thomas Allen branched out in 1997 and started a catering business in our community. From there he went on to design “Amillias Gourmet To Go” with his children in mind. We opened September 9, 2002. With the last child going off to college he decided to open “Amillias, A Destination in Dining.” We have expanded to offer dinners on the weekend so our community would have a beautiful place to come and have good food and great company.
