The manager took his old $10 bill and said it was counterfeit. RP asked how he gets his $10 back and was told to come to the police department. RP stopped by again today at McDonalds and was again referred to the police department. A call was made to McDonald's and they said they had not reported it yet as they wanted to have it checked at the bank to see if it was counterfeit but the bank was closed today. Rp stopped by FOPD and reported that last Weds while he was walking his dog on the Blvd near McDonald's a black Toyt pickup with back tinted windows drove by and threw a paper cup full of soda towards him which landed on the sidewalk.
