RP came in to say that during his custody exchange with his childs mother he requested that she make an appt with the doctor as the RP noticed his child has been coughing for the last 3 weeks. Rp also told her he had given the child a childrens cough med (1/2 dose) today which seemed to help. RP states mother became upset when he could not tell her the brand of the meds. RP states mother grabbed the child back out of her car and ran with the child up 11th St towards Main St. leaving her car in the parking lot. . Disposition: CAD DOCUMENTATION ONLY.
