Occurred on Ivy Ln. Several subjects in the roadway, stating they are going to get shot four or five subjects,male and female, talking about someone getting stabbed or shot second RP reporting subject is Joe Freeman, making suicidal statements. RP unsure if subject has weapons. Disposition: ARRESTED.

Occurred at Main ST/6TH St. Two suspicious subjects with flashlights. Subjects appear to be together,however on opposite sides of the street. . Disposition: CAD DOCUMENTATION ONLY.

Occurred on Springville Ave. . Adult daughter is acting out of control at the residence. RP stated she is heavily medicated and possibly HBD.
