RP stated he spoke with a last night and is requesting to speak to a SGT regarding the matter. RP was also directed to contact his property manager regarding his neighbor. . Occurred on 12TH St. Wired money to an account for a friend and now the check she received for payment appears to be fraudulent. . Disposition: REPORT TAKEN.

Occurred on Main St. RP is calling from McKinleyville and works for subject in Fortuna. Resident called the RP approx one hour ago and stated a transient type male knocked on her back door and stated that she had work for him. RP stated the resident advised the subject she did not have work for him and the subject left. RP is now concered as he has been attempting to contact the resident since and no answer. .
