Occurred at Del Norte Residence Hall on Harpst St. 6O5 advised heavy smoke from a cooking incident, negative fire prior to the alarm activating. Per 6O5 it was coming from the market place however the activation was in Del Norte. 6O5 checked Del Norte and stated there was no issue, unknown why that room activated. All alarms cleared. Occurred at Library on Sequoia Ml. RP is requesting his bike lock be cut due to it being stuck. Bike belongs to his friend who loaned it to him over the summer. Bike is registered with UPD.
