We gotta say, with the recent implosion of a mainstay local pasta provider, it would appear that Humboldt County’s options for authentic Italian fare are reaching critical levels. Mamma mia!

So, for this week’s Friday poll, we did our best to scrape together the remaining restaurants that are offering mainly Italian fare. Of course, there are quite a few restaurants that offer a pasta dish or two, but that won’t cut it, here. Also, we’re obviously overrun by pizza places, but only a few of those offer more than pies. It’s rough out there, folks! We’ve tried to be discerning with the establishments we’ve included below. You are free to tell us all the reasons we are wrong. We might listen.
